SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Successful suppliers will be called upon to provide goods & services when the need arises. The following documents should be attached to the registration form:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • CR14 Form
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Valid ITF 263 Form (Tax clearance form)
  • PRAZ registration certificate
  • Brief Company Profile and Four (4) Trade Reference

Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation is a local NGO (PVO 23/2013) which envisions a harm and disease free society. Jointed Hands is currently operating in 12 districts namely Gweru, Harare, Kwekwe, Mwenezi, Insiza, Gwanda, Zvishavane, Chirumanzu, Bulilima ,Mangwe,Umzingwane & Shurugwi. The organisation is in the process of creating its Suppliers Register for 2025 . The organisation is therefore inviting prospective suppliers to submit applications for inclusion in the organisation’s pre-approved supplier/vendor list for 2025 for the goods or services listed below. These will be assessed and listed in the 2025 approved Supplier list. Suppliers are sought from mentioned districts of operation as well as from other towns & cities.

To apply for registration interested suppliers or vendors are required to make a payment of US$25 non-refundable administration fee to Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation: Stanbic Nostro Account number 9140002058994 Gweru Branch / ECOCASH MERCHANT NUMBER : 041739 . Vendors to upload proof of payment to procurement@jointedhands.org upon which a supplier application form will be issued. Successful suppliers will be notified and current suppliers should also reapply . Registration documents are to be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Procurement Committee and clearly indicating: CO/SUPPLIERS/FY25 and the category being applied for or via email procurement@jointedhands.org .
